Privacy policy
Short version: your details are used only to arrange your trip. Nothing is sold. You can ask us to delete your data any time.
What we collect
When you request a booking or send us a message through this site, we collect the details you type in: your name, mobile number, pickup address, trip details (cities, dates, car choice) and any message you write.
When you confirm a booking, you pay a 20% advance by UPI and share the transaction reference (UTR) with us so we can match your payment. We never see or store your UPI PIN, bank login, or card details — payments happen inside your own UPI app.
Why we collect it
Your details are used for exactly one purpose: arranging your trip and communicating with you about it. Our team uses your name, phone number and trip details to match you with a driver partner, confirm the booking, and call you back about your enquiry.
We do not sell, rent or share your details with advertisers or third-party marketers.
Who sees your details
Only two parties see what you submit: our own booking team, and the driver partner assigned to your trip (who needs your name, phone number and pickup point to reach you). Nobody else gets access.
How long we keep it
We keep booking enquiry records for as long as needed to run the service and handle after-trip queries or disputes — typically no longer than is reasonably necessary. You can ask us to delete your details at any time (see below).
Your rights
You can ask us to (a) tell you what details we hold about you, (b) correct anything inaccurate, or (c) delete your details entirely. Send a request through the contact page and we will act on it within a reasonable time.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses only the technical storage it needs to function (for example, remembering form state while you book). If we add analytics or marketing cookies in the future, this policy will be updated first and consent will be requested where required by law.
To exercise any of these rights, write to us via the contact page. This policy may be updated as the service evolves; the version on this page always applies.
