Our team checks the document scans and taxi photos you uploaded, and calls you to confirm everything is valid and updated.

Once verified, you start receiving trip requests from your base city. Driver and car details go to every rider before pickup.

Partner FAQs

Is joining free?

Yes — registering your taxi and joining as a partner costs nothing. There is no registration or listing fee. Our team verifies your uploaded documents and then calls you before your first trip.

Which cars can be attached?

Sedans, SUVs and Innovas — the same three classes riders book on Cheapcab. The car must be in good condition with all documents valid and updated.

How and when do I get paid?

Payment terms — rates, payout schedule and method — are shared clearly with you before your first trip, so there are no surprises. Payouts go directly to your bank account. We never hide deductions.

I don't own a car. Can I register as a driver?

Yes — choose 'Driver only' in the form and give us the car owner's details along with the RC (in the owner's name). We'll coordinate with the owner during verification.

What if one of my documents is expiring soon?

You can still register now — just renew the document before it expires and share the renewed copy on WhatsApp. Onboarding can only complete while all documents are valid and updated.
