FAQs
What does the 250 km per day minimum mean?
Your car is reserved for you for the full day, so billing starts at 250 km per calendar day even if you drive less. Drive more, and you simply pay the per-km rate for the extra distance.
Is night driving charged extra?
No. There are no night-driving surcharges on Cheapcab outstation trips. If your trip spans multiple days, each day bills its own driver allowance of ₹300.
What about tolls and state taxes?
Toll is already included in your fare estimate — we use actual plaza rates on our mapped routes, so there's no surprise at the barrier. State tax is included in your fare at current state rates. Parking is extra at actuals — you pay what the receipts say, nothing more. If highway authorities revise toll rates, any difference is settled at actuals.
Can I change the plan mid-trip?
Yes. Tell your driver or call our 24×7 support and we'll adjust the route. Extra distance is billed at the same per-km rate — no penalty for exploring a little.
