FAQs
How is one-way cheaper than a round trip?
On a round trip the car stays with you for the day (minimum 250 km/day billing). On a one-way, you pay only for the one-side distance — so for a 150 km hop you pay for 150 km, not 300.
Are one-way taxis shared with strangers?
No. Every Cheapcab booking is a private car for you and your group. We never club passengers together.
What if I need to return later the same day?
Book two one-ways, or switch to an outstation round trip — if the car waits with you, the round-trip rate is usually the better deal. Our team can advise on the call.
Do one-way drivers know the route well?
Yes. One-way routes are our most-run corridors, and drivers on these routes do them daily. You'll also get the driver's number in advance.
